Third. The forecast of the main environmental impact

(1) the emission of this project is mainly the dust produced during shot blasting.

(2) no waste water is produced in this project. The main waste water produced is domestic sewage.

(3) noise equipment of this project is quenching machine, shot blasting machine, etc. the noise level is mainly 70~85dBA.

(4) The solid waste generated by this project is mainly waste scrap, collected dust, scrap metal cutting fluid, sewage treatment sludge and domestic garbage.

Fourth.The main environmental protection measures to be taken and the expected results

(1) the shot blasting dust produced by this project is discharged after being treated by the bag dust collector installed by the equipment.

(2) no process waste water is produced in the production process of the project, only for employees' domestic sewage. The domestic sewage is treated by septic tank, and then treated by the micro dynamic underground sewage treatment plant. After handling the standard, the water environment near the river is temporarily discharged.

(3) to choose equipment with advanced technology, good performance quality, low sound level in similar products, reasonable arrangement in the factory and production workshop, centralized layout of noise equipment, and arranged in the middle position of production workshop, repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment, avoid unnormal noise of equipment, and strengthen production management at the same time. Ensure that the noise of the factory can reach the standard.

(4) the comprehensive utilization of waste leftover materials and collected dust is sold in this project. The municipal solid waste and sewage sludge can be collected and disposed of by the local sanitation department at regular time. Waste metal cutting fluid is a dangerous solid waste, entrusted by qualified units for disposal.

Fifth. Preliminary conclusions of environmental impact assessment

As long as the enterprises effectively implement the pollution prevention measures proposed by the EIA, the impact of the project on the surrounding water environment, the atmospheric environment, the sound environment and the ecological environment are very small. It is feasible to say from the point of view of the environment.
